pilots on an unstable approach tend to land anyway despite the policy telling them to abort the landing. >> why do 97 percent land anyway? rudy with the flight safety foundation because pilots don't feel it's listy to land. >> when a person doesn't proceed gc doing isn't holding a risk they continue. >> the crash has raised concerned about the automatic system a board planes and how well pilots monitor those systems which are cruise control in a car. >> how many of us actually verify that it's keeping up the speed of the vehicle on cruise control and it's keeping the speed you selected. this is the same thing can occur overtime as pilots fly thousands of flights and every flight works like clock work.

facility to replace the aging coliseum we're learning that the team's owner have been checking out a potential new site. kron 4 spoke to the mayor who said he will welcome the silver and black. >> they were interested and they did like the looks of the property. >> dan went along with the groups from the raider's organization on friday. that group included the team's en-- that team included mark davis. davis did drop one major clue to why he was there by expressing interest in the property closest to the north concur bart station. >> he did mention that 30 percent of the people who come to the raider games currently in oakland come to the game, the bart. >> the mayor said he'll be happy if concur were the next home of the silver and black because of the green. >> economically it will be a boom.

the temperatures are going to cool dramatically over what we saw today. 15 to 20 degrees cooler and we'll continue cooling through the week and we could be talking rain by wednesday. here's a look at satellite and radar picture. area.v[ there's a system approaching the coastline. this is increasing our sea breeze winds and we're going to see this over the next couple of days so we're going to see cooler temperatures. in the south bay back into the 70s, 77 in santa claira. and 76 in san jose. for inland valleys we're going to be cooler but still in the 80s. 82 in pleasanton. and 70s for shorelines and 73 in san leandro. the coastline will be back in the 60s. it will be 60s in downtown san francisco. here's a look at your extended
